Spa Etiquette

 

Gratuities are not included in spa or salon prices and are left to your discretion.

 

Reservations & Cancellations

A credit card is required for reservations and a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a minimum of 50% service charge.

 

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes in advance of your spa treatment to allow time to change into your robe & sandals, relax with juice or hot tea, and indulge in a visit to our co-ed steam room or sauna.  Please note treatments will be shortened for late arrivals.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service at anytime.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Akasha is a cell phone-free environment.

 

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
